The room was amazing. It reminded me of a honeymoon suite. luxury was definitely abundant, and the staff were so cute. i felt very spoilt, and i will definitely be returning!!!

The grounds looked after. I guess that's something.
the refurb didn't do it for me, you know? some of the tables were practically touching, it was hard to have a private conversation. and those red plastic frames on the pictures? they looked cheap, not chic. it's like they were actively trying to downgrade the place.

The breakfast selection offered PLENTY of choices. The evening meal was fantastic!!! Ollie, the events manager in the restaurant, was excellent and knew about allergies. The location provides lots to do out and about.
The mattress in the room was quite lumpy and should be changed soon.

i was disappointed by the recent changes to the restaurant. it feels like it's lost its unique character and charm. the decor is now bland and lacking in color. the menu has been reduced, and the portion sizes seem smaller while the prices have increased. it's a shame because the staff is still friendly, but the overall experience is not what it used to be.
